	I had the wonderful opportunity to join the team at Panic Studio and direct a mixed-media marketing series, taking viewers behind the scenes of Samsung’s latest AI innovations. From noise cancelling features to a fridge that keeps track of your groceries, the series covered a wide range of technical and complex subjects. Through playfully merging live-action with animation, each film transformed employee stories into dreamlike visual worlds that would make the abstract feel a bit more tangible.
To navigate the narrative in a light, accessible way, each film is centred around a sidekick to guide and move us through the technical worlds with curiosity and humour. Inspired by popular AI tools in use, one of our films features a sparkle-shaped companion that shifts form as the story unfolds. Part guide, part visual metaphor, moving effortlessly through footage and gradient dreamscapes on a journey alongside us.


	Our second film heroes a girl and her cat as they step into an animated universe built around fresh produce and bold ideas. Guiding viewers through the chaos of ambitious algorithms and incredible innovations. Helping us not only understand the technical processes, but also experience the imagination and passion behind it all.
Across the series, typography, symbols and graphic elements are treated as part of the storytelling, with color and motion shifting in response to location, light, and mood. Crafting unexpected narratives and visual treatments that would set each film apart, feeling unique yet connected across the series. The result is a visual playground that remains recognizably Samsung wherever the story travels.

	With the development of the ‘Ho Jeng AR’ app, Google Hong Kong wanted to encourage people to experience and share joyful moments across the city.&#38;nbsp;By scanning culturally symbolic objects like milk tea, fish balls and neon signs you were able to unlock six charming AR characters.A project with many moving parts seamlessly executed in this cross-functional collaboration between Animade, Bit Studio and Sennep. I was in charge of directing the animation and defining the unique characteristics of each mascot. This meant shaping the different personalities and mannerisms, and how this would manifest in an interactive context.


	Leading the team from concept through to final animation as we built a rich library of emotes and actions, unique to each and every one of them. Mixing endearing, fun and unexpected moments for a truly captivating interactive experience, making you want to scan and poke them until your battery runs out!

	I came into this wonderful collaboration as a Director at Golden Wolf when the HR company Deel wanted to stand out amongst their competitors and make a unique celebration out of payday with a year-long campaign. Tasked with creating 6 unique and ownable mascots to pepper payroll emails with charming animations featuring dough and dollar signs.With this brand evolution, we explored hundreds of character options, before landing on a quirky crew of oddballs and vibrant personalities, who you’d be excited to see whenever they popped up.


The style was bold and simple, with distinct silhouettes instantly recognisable whether it was the full gang, or a character flying solo. Together with the color palette, which played a big role in balancing playfulness and sophistication, aligning this new style with the existing brand.

	The icons that they are, each mascot was designed in mind to work for digital, merch, and large scale billboards, knowing that wherever they would pop up was a Deel-ightful surprise.
The mascots were first introduced and rolled out in an email campaign, shared as 20 short and sweet animated loops spread throughout the year.


We wanted the scenes to capture their individual personalities, giving each of the characters their own time in the spotlight. From a clueless Cloud making it rain, to a sassy Cat lounging on their cash pile and living their best life. Each loop loaded with cheek and charm that’ll have you laughing all the way to the bank.

	Directing the rebrand for SAND was an incredible opportunity to get down to the nitty gritty and establish a brand new visual identity for the creative studio.


Specialising in stop motion and product photography, they were looking for a complete brand overhaul starting with clarifying the company values and expression. High quality, tactility and storytelling is at the heart of their studio, and were a crucial part when defining the ethos and tone of voice.Originally known as Sand Visuals, part of redefining the brand was moving into a simpler, cleaner space, landing in the new name SAND. This new name and what it represented became a stepping stone when moulding the brand. Building a foundation that blends the curious creativity of the sandbox with the precise and refined act of sanding, leading to the company tagline, ‘Where playful meets polished’.


	For the logo we wanted to create something brand new, bold and memorable. Creating a striking logotype with a silhouetted pyramid blending seamlessly into the letterforms, offering a playful twist. The pyramid becoming synonymous with SAND, representing wonder, craft, and timelessness.
When choosing the color palette, we opted for earthy, warm and soft tones with connections to sand and nature. Both sophisticated and playful, the balanced palette offers a varied and distinctive profile with a contemporary feel.
Reinventing the visual identity, with brand recognisability in mind, we defined a photographic language that was motivated and intentional. Using soft colors and leaning into tactile and grainy film photography, harking back to the sand motif permeating the new brand.

	Directing this project I got to work closely with the team at Meta as we established a brand new identity for the rollout of their app feature Gifts. Over the course of many months we built a 3D design system unique to any other Facebook feature, with a playfully bold and vibrant look.


The characterful icons were created to encourage people to explore, connect and share their interests. Moving into a new stylistic route that’d be a colourful feast for the eyes, whether you’re zoomed in or out.&#38;nbsp;


	Overseeing this project I worked together with an incredibly talented team across concepting, design, modelling, animation and QA/QC. Working closely with Meta we devised a creative workflow that took our ideas from sketchbook, through a Cinema 4D pipeline and into After Effects, producing app-friendly 3D assets.

Together with Meta we laid the groundwork for this extensive new library, creating 40 animated icons - allowing users to show appreciation when a thumbs up just isn’t enough!

	 Collaborating closely with the team at DICE I had the privilege to develop the logo for the event platform. For this brand evolution the audience was at center stage as inspiration for the design. This resulted in ‘The Fan’, a down to earth mascot that’s just what your friend group’s been missing.
Derived from the company’s former diamond logo, there is a hint of heritage as we moved the design into a more modern and irreverent space. Creating a new and bold identity with a DIY feel that captures the messy imperfections of a great night out.
	With inspiration drawn from zines and stick and poke tattoos the design is striking and unpretentious, making it feel just like someone you’d like to go to a gig with. Balancing grungy textures and wobbly lines creating an iconic symbol with flaws in just the right places.The design’s been featured in many OOH campaigns as well as the DICE app, where we also brought it into motion to accentuate the palpable tension and anticipation before the night kicks off.Head over here to check out some more brand work I did for DICE.

	The social campaign ‘Womb Moods’ was an absolute dream to direct for the charity organisation Bloody Good Period. With free creative range I built a campaign centred around a highly emotional but oh so lovable uterus to support the charity’s efforts in breaking the stigma around menstruation and to help open up a wider conversation.
Leaning heavily on relatability and humour we created a 3D uterus with a whole lotta feels and a big personality that would spark an instant connection with people.&#38;nbsp;
	Through short form social vignettes that put a fun twist on some of the many emotions you may experience during your cycle. Whether you’d be feeling frisky or furious the goal was to help normalise these experiences. And what better way to convey such a message than with a uterus taking the centre of the stage and letting it all out.It was a project that received lots of love and if you’re interested in reading more you can catch the features in It’s Nice That and Creative Boom.

	With Chase Bank’s big Gen Z push I had the wonderful opportunity to direct their DOOH campaign and a brand new set of emojis. Using vibrant colors and bold linework we wanted to create something that felt both fresh and eye-catching.
The campaign set out to introduce a new generation to banking, breaking away from the expected through irreverent visuals and tongue in cheek language.

	Setting a different tone for banking through playful messaging that really tapped into the audience it was aimed at. Leaning heavily on emojis to capture interests, dreams and the oh-so-relatable instant ramen dinners.
The campaign went up in several major US cities, including NY where it screened at Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the 100 yard screen at the Oculus.

An in-app marketing campaign celebrating the joy of finding your people, both online and IRL.
	













	With the rollout of Facebook Groups I had the pleasure of directing the in-app marketing of it in this rich campaign sprawling with character. Celebrating the great range of communities within Facebook and the joy of finding people who share your interests. 


Working closely with Facebook we created a flexible and modular system that we could customise and expand across a vast amount of formats and uses.


	The project included more than 100+ individually hand drawn characters, each with their own fun little details and charm. Coming together to shape a larger narrative that’d capture your attention and stop you from scrolling. Lingering just long enough to make you realise that you want to both get a dog and join a band.
