An interactive wall that uses projections, characters and quirks to showcase the untold wonders of email marketing.

When Mailchimp were setting up their booth at Collision Conference they wanted something truly extraordinary and experiential. Directing the animation of their interactive wall was hugely exciting and a lovely opportunity to really pepper the experience with loads of charm and that trademark Mailchimp quirkiness. Each character having their own little narrative play out as you pressed them.
It was a collaboration with many moving parts, combining print, audio and projected animations which would burst to life when tapping the walls’ built in sensors. Capturing your attention through unexpected and charming animations scattered around,guaranteeing that you’ve never once had so much fun staring at a wall.
